WRC Wide Wheel Kit — Complete DIY Package

The complete WRC wide-wheel conversion for the Triumph Bobber.

Our Complete DIY Wide Wheel Kit brings together everything required to transform the standard Bobber into a substantially wider, more aggressive and purposeful machine.

From the CNC-machined billet triple clamps and integrated Kellermann indicators to the Excel Takasago wide wheels, Dunlop Mutant tyres and mudguards (delivered unfinished) — everything required for the wide-wheel conversion is supplied as one complete package.

The kit pairs perfectly with our WRC Tail Tidy Kit to complete the look, but the Tail Tidy is not required and is available separately.

IMPORTANT — LEAD TIME: Please allow approximately 6–8 weeks for your kit to be completed and shipped, starting from receipt of your original wheel hubs and steering stem.

Customisation Options

The standard kit is supplied with Excel Takasago wheels in the standard gloss black finish, Dunlop Mutant tyres and our standard triple clamp finish (Satin Black Cerakote).

For an additional cost, the kit can be customised with:

• Different colour Excel Takasago wheels

• Alternative tyre choices

• Clear-coated triple clamps to showcase the machined aluminium

• Alternative Cerakote colours

• Custom triple clamp tags, designed to your requirements (no additional cost)

Pre-Installation Requirements

The WRC lower triple clamp is supplied without a steering stem. Your original steering stem must be transferred into the new lower clamp.

We can carry out this process for you, or it can be completed by a suitably equipped and experienced motorcycle workshop.

We will also require your original front and rear wheel hubs to build the new Excel Takasago wheels around.

Your original steering stem and wheel hubs will therefore need to be sent to us before your kit can be completed.

The steering stem transfer is a specialist press-fit operation and should not be attempted without the appropriate equipment.

Installation

This is a DIY conversion kit intended for competent mechanics.

Installation should only be undertaken by someone with the appropriate mechanical knowledge, tools and equipment.

Any modification to WRC components or installation outside their intended application is undertaken entirely at the customer's own risk.
